HOW TO COOK NIGERIAN JOLLOF RICE

The Nigerian jollof rice is a very popular food that is prepared and served at parties. It is quite easy to prepare if you follow the simple steps. You should try in a small quantity first. Ingredients ·          3 cigar cup/750g long grain parboiled rice ·          Tomato stew 500mls ·          Chicken ·          Pepper and salt ·          Onions ·          3 known cubes ·          2 teaspoon thyme ·          2 teaspoon curry powder Before you cook Jollof rice 1.       Prepare the tomato stew. It is advisable to prepare tomato stew before hand and keep in the freezer.
